Job Title: Customer Service/Sales Representative - Recurring Services

40-50 hours per week M-F

Base rate- $46,000- $50,000 negotiable after 6 months with commissions and bonus potential up to $20,000+/year. Negotiable based on experience and skills. Room for growth. Total earning potential would be $58,000-$80,000+.

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our revenue by converting clients to recurring services. As our ideal candidate, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to sell our services to our clients in a way that meets their needs and increases our revenue. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through nurturing client relationships and achieving an excellent close rate with a focus on recurring revenue. This specialist will collaborate with the management team to develop strategies to reach high levels of success.

We are a local and mom owned eco friendly residential cleaning service, known for our excellent reputation and our natural cleaning products. We are an award winning and top rated cleaning company, looking to take our business to the next level and scale. We have a management team of 4, and a field/service team of 30. We have been in business since 2010, and have grown to be one of the biggest independently owned residential cleaning companies in Phoenix.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly and professionally to all customer requests and concerns.
  • Listen to customer needs and proactively recommend our services as a solution to their needs.
  • Sell our services to prospective clients, providing accurate and relevant information about our products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and converting new leads, as well as converting existing clients to recurring services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, following up on all sales and service inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, including pricing, features, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend a weekly networking meeting to promote our company and build strong relationships with referral partners.
  • Focus on client retention by creating and implementing a customer relationship management program
  • Joining community facebook groups to promote Eco Mama when appropriate, being an ambassador for our services, and monitoring social media communications to potential clients.
  • Actively seek out relevant local Facebook groups, join them, and then promote the company's products or services within those groups. This would involve creating posts, comments or sharing content that showcase the company's strengths and value proposition in a way that resonates with the group's audience.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, preferably in a B2B environment with a focus on recurring revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office, and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field preferred.

Bonus qualifications: Tech-savvy mindset and familiarity with software tools and systems such as CRM platforms, online chat, social media, email marketing, or online sales funnels. We believe that having a strong technical aptitude can be a major asset in a sales or customer service role, as it allows you to efficiently manage customer interactions, streamline processes, and provide valuable insights to the team. While technical skills are not required for this role, they would be considered a significant advantage.
