Overview:
IntelliRide, by Transdev, provides the coordination of non-emergency medical transportation across the country. The IntelliRide Reservationist is considered our front-line staff and therefore we seek professional-minded individuals with excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills to join our team.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from recipients who need transportation to/from medical appointments
Provides customer service with late vehicle services, verifying transportation provider no shows, and reassignment to a new transportation provider if necessary
Answer general questions related to transportation benefits

Qualifications: Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED required
One or more years of Customer Service experience preferred
Punctual with an emphasis on attendance
Must work in the Pearl City, HI office
