Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: North Austin, TX (In office. NOT remote/hybrid)
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00/HR D.O.E
Full-Time (Temp to Hire)
Monday - Friday (Weekend Availability)
We’re looking for various, result-driven Customer Service Representatives looking for employment opportunities in North Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will possess a professional appearance and be able to interact with customers in a kind and useful manner, to create memorable experiences and build customer loyalty.
- Analyze requests, provide information requested, or pinpoint who can best provide the information, and route the request to the proper channel.
- Handle a high volume of calls, emails and information
- Receive and respond to customer requests by either telephone and/or email within a timely manner
- Exception report
- Keep track of customer requests to make sure customer requests are addressed in a timely manner , executed and billed correctly
- Filling, scanning documents, print label
- Great Communication skills
- All other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to respond via phone and email
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who is passionate about interacting with people and providing above average service levels
- Computer literate and expertise in Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Good interpersonal skills, who is a team player with a “get it done” attitude
- Conscientious and reliable, punctuality is critical
