Our recent growth has created the need for a Customer Service Representative to join our best in class Customer Service Department. Do you enjoy building relationships and problem solving? As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers. It is an amazing time to become part of the team here at Catania Oils as we continue to expand.

Requirements:

Responsibilities include the following:

1. Answers inquiries from Customers, Sales Personnel, Logistics and Production departments regarding order entry, pricing, and inventory matters. Responsible for managing all orders and inquires for assigned territory via phone, email and EDI.

2. Support and audits all orders entered for responsible customer portfolio.

3. Support and audits all freight costs entered for responsible customer portfolio.

4. Support and audits all Contracts entered for responsible customer portfolio.

5. Ability to manage a high volume of Outlook Customer inquiries, inbound and outbound

6. Communicates with sales dept. to ensure proper pricing, ordering and issues are resolved promptly.

7. Communicates with production and logistics departments to ensure all products will be available and delivered on time

8. Builds effective working relationships between internal sales, production and warehouse departments, and external sales representatives and customers to ensure that customer service needs are supported.

9. Maintains current and up to date knowledge of Catania Oils products and specifications, customers, brokers, distributors and retailers.

10. Actively takes part in Customer Service Meetings as required.

11. Ensures customer satisfaction.

12. Projects and other duties may be assigned.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

2 years college preferred or 3-5 years’ experience within manufacturing background

EDI experience preferred
