Works cross departmentally to research and resolve customer issues.
Creates, updates and resolves customer tickets.
Communicates with customers via phone and email, as needed.
Works closely with external call center teams.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
4-6 years customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
