Customer Service Representative
Abel Personnel’s client, an industry-leading company providing products and services designed to ease road travel, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their team in their Harrisburg office!
The individuals in this role will act as liaisons, providing product/service information to callers and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. The goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction by following excellent service standards and responding efficiently to customer inquiries.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
● Manage large numbers of incoming calls.
● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
● Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
● Meet personal/customer service team call handling quotas.
● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
● Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
● Take the extra mile to engage customers.
REQUIREMENTS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
● High school diploma or GED.
● Proven customer support experience.
● Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
● Customer-orientated with ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
● Pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Pay is $16/hour.
