We give you a world of potential

Sick of working from your sofa, staring at the same four walls? Missing social events and that office buzz? Fed up with working weekends and unsociable hours?

What about a Monday-Friday role working core hours in a modern Bristol office, where you can build meaningful relationships with co-workers, develop a career in a global, award-winning Financial Services business and get paid a competitive salary (with achievable, non-sales related bonuses on top) – how does that sound?

If you’re a dynamic, self-motivated individual who is good with people, we want you to join our amazing frontline contact centre team. If you’re looking to build a career with Computershare, there is no better entry point!

We’re an innovative and growing company that offers fantastic training and development, employee benefits and a generous share plan scheme. We dedicate significant time and effort to ensuring we identify and develop emerging talent, and we put a real emphasis on progression from within the organisation.

We learn and grow best when we have dedicated support. That’s why we’re giving you face-to-face training, coaching and subject matter expertise from the minute you join us. This is an office-based role which will enable you to grow rapport with your team and work together, supporting each other all the way to success!

We’re offering a generous package with excellent bonus earning potential and many other company benefits:

  • £20,475 per annum - that’s £10.50 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no weekends or bank holidays
  • Monthly bonus earning potential of up to 6% of your annual salary
  • Opportunity to increase your salary through our “Pay 4 Skills” scheme; the more you learn, the more you earn!
  • Pension contributions
  • 25 days holiday per annum with the option to buy more; plus a range of other flexible company benefits

We have some additional extras for you too……

  • On site canteen, shop and coffee bar, free hot and cold drinks plus “Free Food Fridays” – lunch is on us!
  • Free onsite 24/7 gym membership
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Free onsite parking (subject to demand)
  • Lockers, shower and drying rooms – whether you’ve used the gym, cycled to work or have the urge for a lunch time run; we’ve got you covered!
  • Office social events (bi-annual Summer and Christmas parties, weekly post-work gatherings)

Onsite interview days (Invitation only)

We would love to meet you face to face so our interviews will be at our Bristol office. You’ll get to meet the team, find out more about the role and have a guided tour!

You’ll need to be available to interview on Tuesday 18th October. If your application is successful, we will contact you to confirm your interview details.

What you can expect from us

From day 1 you will join our amazing team who will support you throughout your learning journey and beyond!

Starting on Monday 7th November you’ll join us in our modern Bristol offices where you will embark on your journey with Computershare. During you training, for the first 4-5 weeks your working hours will be 9.00am-5.30pm. Here’s a snippet of what to expect…

  • Full-time classroom-based training with one of our qualified Learning & Development trainers
  • Dedicated support throughout your training journey from team leaders, coaching support staff and subject matter experts, all of whom have been there and done it!
  • We’ll still be there to support you once training finishes. We have a suite of support tools, including a dedicated team of experts ready to give advice while on calls, and an engaged leadership team to support your development and growth in the business
  • Regular 121’s and team meetings – we think it’s important that you get time with your team and your line manager!
  • We listen to your feedback and suggestions on what we can do better and take action! #teamworkmakesthedreamwork!

In return, we need you to ensure you attend the full duration of the training before your shift rotation patterns start, with a few weeks’ notice. You’ll work from Monday to Friday with varied start times throughout the week; the earliest scheduled shift is 8.00am-4.30pm, and the latest is 9.15am-5.45pm. Weekend working is not required in this role.

This is a very dynamic role, and no two days are quite the same. Providing services on behalf of our clients, you will always have plenty of interesting and rewarding challenges to keep you on your toes.
