Hiring Immediately Full Time Customer Service Representatives

Our Corporate Customer Service Center Headquarters for The Wellsville Group, dba Ashley HomeStore is HIRING talented, empathetic and passionate team members for our Customer Service Team for a Customer Service Representative/Scheduling Specialist.

About the job:

  • Become an expert on our warranty & educate our guests on their coverage/limitations
  • Help manage all of our concerns including our Social Media to maintain our 5 star Facebook Status & A+ BBB rating
  • Be the voice of our customers advocating for the best possible resolutions on their accounts
  • Execute excellence with documentation & procedures on accounts & act with integrity
  • Coordinate with internal departments & external companies to solve customer concerns in a multi-state environment
  • Use your judgment & escalate serious customer service issues when necessary through the appropriate channels
  • This position may turn into a work from home position after 90 days

  • What is the pay rate? How often are pay checks? Starting pay $15/ hour. Pay checks are weekly.
  • How can I advance? Your first opportunity for an increase is at 90 days. There's an additional weekly performance based incentive & continuous raises based on your drive & talent.
  • What does the schedule look like? Hours are 9am-5pm Tuesday through Saturday. Closed Sundays & major Holidays.
  • Are there benefits available? Yes, we offer a comprehensive benefits package with eligibility met after 2 complete months of employment (per vendor requirement)
