Summit Pharmacy is an independent specialty pharmacy located in Centennial, Colorado. We serve patients in the immediate Denver community as well as patients all across Colorado.

We are seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to be a part of our growing team! You will be responsible for assisting the preparation of mailed orders under the supervision of pharmacists, inventory management, outbound phone activity, and customer service. Join our dynamic team, apply today!

Responsibilities:**

• Ringing up prescriptions thru the register
• Responsible for labeling and packaging of pharmacy orders for delivery
• Monitoring and/or participating with preparation for deliveries
• Accurately ship prescription orders for Summit Pharmacy in a timely manner
• Follow all shipping procedures and each step on the shipping checklist when packaging an order
• Responsible for keeping the area clean and adequately stocked with boxes and supplies
• Responsible for ordering supplies and boxes when needed
• Accountable for contacting the courier or post office for any reason such as late pick-ups or special requests
• Manage outbound phone activity
• Responsible for other duties as assigned

Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve pharmacy-related tasks
• Friendly patient service skills in person / on phones
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with varying parties
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to adapt in a growing/dynamic environment

• Ability to communicate effectively, patiently, and courteously
• Focused team player, who can work in conjunction with pharmacists and personnel
• Work independently with little supervision and meet daily deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
