This position is with our MyBinding.com location in Hillsboro, OR. We specialize in providing custom presentation materials to our clients to enable them to present themselves in a highly professional manner.

They must solve problems and use a high degree of personal judgment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers through phone, email and Zendesk Tickets.
• Problem solve with the goal of first contact resolution.
• Follow up with resolutions on concerns, delays or issues.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward external and internal customers.
• Address incoming customer inquiries; change orders, tracking of deliveries, directing to correct depts., and any other questions/complaints which may arise.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Research and gather documentation for customer credits and charges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Handle incoming return inquires

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of a windows-based software and web services. (ex: Business Central, Word, Excel & Magento)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working on the phones and interfacing with customers
• Good problem solver who takes initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
• Ability to retain information and use it for future use.
