Overview:

Snake N’ Rooter Plumbing Company of K.C. is seeking an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills to add to its team. Immediate opening needed to fill with a personable individual who thrives in a fast-paced culture and who works well with others. Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Handle in-bound and outbound communication to team members, as well as customers on a daily basis
• Field inbound phone calls through a multi-line phone system
• Dispatch work requests to all technicians, supervisors, and fellow team members
• Maintain tremendous attention to detail and thorough reporting skills
• Exemplify polished customer service skills and a consistent desire to meet/exceed customer expectations
• Maintain schedule for supervisors to maximum efficiency each day
• Other administrative duties may include filing paper, responding to emails, conducting monthly reports, and managing inbound mail, as well as additional duties that may be requested

Qualifications:

• Must maintain flexibility to work nights, and/or weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 21 years old
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, as well organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Pleasant personality and strong desire to work well with others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
