Responsibilities

• Provide excellent & friendly customer service, promptly answer customer emails, and order inquiries & ensure the highest level of customer experience
• Utilize the Live Chat feature to help customers via live chat ( must be able to work in a fast-paced environment)
• Answer customer service emails in English for order-related matters
• Check on customer orders, track shipment status, process customer returns, assist in order edits, problem resolution, stock availability, and communication with customers
• Answer product-related questions
• Communicate customer service order needs with the internal teams
• Assist in creating shipping labels for e-commerce orders using Shopify & Shipstation

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills1-year of eCommerce customer service experience
• To be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A problem solver with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficient in the use of Excel and MS Word
• Detail oriented and organized
• Independent, self-motivated, team player
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management
• Native English Speaking
• Strong focus on customer experience & attention to detail
• Collaborative team player & positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills & ability to find resolutions
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
