If you love building solid customer relationships and want to work in the growing Financial industry, you might be the Customer Service Representative Robert Half is looking for. This is a long-term contract position in the south metro, Minnesota area and will be based in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center. The hours are full time, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM. Rotating Saturday's are required every 4-5 weeks with the hours of 9AM to 1PM. Jobs responsibilities include:
Answering 60-100 phone calls per day.
Assisting with loan servicing requests.
Providing support over the phones for other departments.
Communicating with customers in a friendly manner.
Responding to emails and messages from internal employees and external customers.
Making payment changes and payoffs.
Conducting transactional research and account inquiries to provide solutions.
Processing account maintenance and modifications.
Meeting individual and department goals.
Other duties may be assigned.

Microsoft Office experience preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Adeptness in data entry and numbers.
Customer service, call center or switchboard phone experience.
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks
Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
