NEST Scientific Inc., with locations in Woodbridge NJ and Phoenix, AZ is a dynamic, leading Life Science Products company dedicated to researching and developing innovative plastic consumables for life sciences, research and medical establishments. Our products include cell culture plates, Erlenmeyer flasks, BioFactory, pipette tips, and much, much more.

With the continued development of the business, NEST Scientific Inc. is currently seeking qualified individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representative in our Woodbridge, NJ location.

As a member of the NEST Customer Service team, responsibilities will include processing, confirming receipt and correct pricing on incoming purchase orders and providing customers anticipated ship dates. You will also be interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries regarding order status, products or services along with handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution.

HS Diploma or equivalent necessary. Some experience in Customer Service and basic working knowledge of MS Office is required along with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Must have reliable transportation, be dependable and punctual.
