- Jump into action to answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Actively monitor, pursue, and convert sales leads (no cold calling).
- Put mosquitoes on the run by resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all customer details are stored securely.
- Join forces with other team members to solve customer issues.
- A passion for delivering extraordinary customer service skills and saving the world (or at least our customers’ yards) from mosquitoes!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Outstanding people skills, with an eagerness to go above and beyond.
- A sense of humor and a desire to have fun at work.
- Being a pro at making and knocking out to-do lists in a fast-paced environment.
- A clean criminal background.
- A clean 9-panel urine screening. (Substances Screened for: Amphetamines; Barbiturates; Benzodiazepines; Cocaine; Methadone; Methaqualone; Opiates; Phencyclidine; Propoxyphene)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Experience working in an office environment.
