Job Description:

Marie Nicole Clothing is a rapidly growing online children’s boutique located outside of Nashville, TN. We are seeking to hire an experienced Customer Experience Associate to lead our company’s expert customer service and play a critical role in our continued growth. Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers on behalf of their company
• Ensure customers are satisfied with their items and order.
• Working at the front desk of our Warehouse Office to Greet Customers and help with Pick Up Orders.
• Letting Customers know about any/all products and services.
• Escalating queries and concerns
• Respond to Comments and Messages from customers on Social Media.
• Respond to Customers’ posts in our VIP Group on Facebook.
• Manage approval for VIP Group on Facebook.
• Represent the MNC brand with the utmost respect and courtesy for our customers and our company.
• Communicate with our Customer Service Team daily with updates, issues, etc.
• Troubleshooting issues with a product or services.
• Working with our Customer Service Team and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
• Participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about our company products or services to best help customers.
• Maintain a professional, positive manner when talking with customers in-person, over the phone, in messenger on Social Media platforms, or by email.
• Handle customer complaints and provide discounts or additional services to preserve customer loyalty.
