Job Description: Customer Service Representative

The Front Desk Customer Service role also handles money transactions and works with redeeming of tickets for prizes and helping with organizing stock. This position is suited for someone who is people oriented and who ensures every guest visit begins and ends with a friendly smile.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle money transactions while keeping the front desk area clean and organized
• Be comfortable with guests questions and issues while handling them yourself or escalating to a manager
• Assist guests with redeeming their tickets for prizes
• Stock and keep redemption area organized
• Maintain up to date knowledge of all current cash policies
• Communicate daily with team members
• Maintain a safety-focused, top customer service attitude at all times

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Must have a high school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 39lbs unaided
