Jiffy Lube is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary duty will be to review manufacturer recommendations and inspections with our customers, ensuring they are informed about their vehicle's needs and helping them make decisions on maintaining their vehicle. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and an understanding of automotive maintenance, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Review manufacturer recommendations and inspections with customers, explaining necessary services and repairs in a clear and informative manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing recommendations for vehicle maintenance
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
  • Use strong product knowledge to explain the benefits of recommended services and products
  • Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs
  • Accurately document customer information, services performed, and recommendations in the system
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new products, and service offerings to provide up-to-date information to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair concepts
  • Ability to review and explain technical information to non-technical customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with customer management software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
