Responsibilities

Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries

Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers

Recommend products or solutions that best suit the customer

Review all customer account information to identify and match customer's need with the appropriate product and / or service

Utilize tools and resources to make appropriate recommendations to customers

Offers and educates on the benefits of products and services and explains how the recommendations will add value to the customer’s experience

Pay: $48,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
