Ide Family of Dealerships is looking for a Customer Service Representative at our collision shop, Ide Collision Center. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual who can positively represent the Ide Dealerships. This is an excellent opportunity with a high growth potential for the right person.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Act as the first point of contact in the collision center with a friendly and professional attitude
• Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers
• Build relationships with customers by effectively responding to calls, text messages and all other communication processes
• Ensure insurance partners and customers are supported in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate, coordinate and schedule estimate appointments, repair appointments, rental cars, deductible payments, etc.
• Facilitate all administrative aspects of the repair process
• Perform all other duties, as assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Requirements:

• Must meet company's requirements for employment
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• 1-3+ years of customer service and administrative experience
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Professional appearance

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Familiarity with CCC One software preferred but not required
• Familiarity with the insurance process preferred but not required
