A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, & HVAC DISPATCHER / CSR

As a Plumbing, Electrical, & HVAC Dispatcher / CSR, you act as a communication point for our technicians and customers. You answer all calls cheerfully with the goal of enabling effective communication between all parties. Listening carefully to callers' needs, you answer questions and offer solutions. You receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries. Prioritizing calls according to urgency, you send crews, vehicles, or other field units to appropriate locations.

You monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedules. In order to further increase efficiency, you proactively provide them with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and other requirements. You are conscientious about maintaining records of all calls, activities, and other pertinent information. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, & HVAC DISPATCHER / CSR

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in dispatch or a similar position
• Tech-savvy
• Good typing and data entry skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional customer service skills
