Job description

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the following key areas; speaking with customers face to face, providing customer solutions to inquiries, and developing relationships with our clients/customers.

The right candidate will need to be a team player, comfortable in an ever-changing environment, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as a representative on behalf of our clients
  • Provide quality customer service to new and existing customers
  • Engage potential customers on our client's brands and services
  • Work collaboratively with team members across the organization
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Self motivated
  • Excellent people skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and retail a plus but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
