Customer Service Representative
Job description
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the following key areas; speaking with customers face to face, providing customer solutions to inquiries, and developing relationships with our clients/customers.
The right candidate will need to be a team player, comfortable in an ever-changing environment, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as a representative on behalf of our clients
- Provide quality customer service to new and existing customers
- Engage potential customers on our client's brands and services
- Work collaboratively with team members across the organization
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Self motivated
- Excellent people skills
- Experience in Customer Service and retail a plus but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
