If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy interacting with the public, consider joining our team as a Customer Care Specialist at FYZICAL Grapevine, in Grapevine, Texas. This is the first of three FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers we are opening in the area. It is an exciting opportunity to grow and expand with our group of caring clinicians and staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle patient scheduling, appointments, multi-phone lines
- Gather new patient data; keep track of all patient referrals
- Disseminate information to patients; act as a go-between for patients and physicians
- Send and keep a log of all reports sent to doctors
- Collect all payments; insurance verification
- Collect/open mail; distribute mail to proper areas/people
- Schedule patients; coordinate evaluations, re-evaluations, appointment reminders and cancellations
- Fax reports to physicians; keep a log of incoming reports
- Assist Physical Therapist with miscellaneous needs around the clinic.
