Flooring Design Group, Inc. , an established subcontractor to home builders, has an immediate need for a Service Support Representative in our casual-dress Doraville, GA office.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager, this position handles phone and e-mail requests from builders, homeowners, and installation crews in a positive, courteous, and professional manner.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively handle requests from customers, subcontractors, and coworkers.
• Qualify customers' needs and recommend solutions/alternatives to customer.
• Accurately record work orders and sales by inputting information into computer software.
• Coordinate/expedite customers' needs with design, estimating, purchasing, warehouse, installation, and accounting teams.
• Communicate regularly with customer to assure positive relations are maintained.
• Follow up with customers to assure issues were resolved to customers' satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three or more years flooring related experience in the Homebuilding Industry.
• Experience using a variety of computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. (Experience with RFMS software is a plus).
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
• High level of interpersonal skills, including ability to build and cultivate long-term relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong code of ethics, including maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to gather information to find solutions.
• Ability to use and operate standard office equipment at a level generally acquired through one or more years related experience.
• Ability to work additional hours as required.
• Must be organized, positive, and self-motivated.
• Must be legal to work in the United States, able to pass drug tests, and able to pass background check.

Pay: $41,681.00 - $50,000.00 per year
