The Customer Contact Specialist position is vital as we experience continued growth. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
- Assist customers with setting free in-home consultations
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to prospective customers who have already expressed interest in a flooring project (No Cold Calling!)
- Confirm that the customer’s needs and the company’s capabilities are aligned, so that our Design Consultants have the best chance to close sales in the home
- Develop rapport and provide exceptional customer service for new and existing customers over the phone/text
- Ensure that customer records are complete, accurate and that data is recorded properly
- WHAT YOU'LL BRING | THE PERSON
- You have a warm, and welcoming personality that will serve as an exceptional first impression for the Express Flooring brand
- You have the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone
- You are eager to learn, have adequate computer skills and respond to coaching/training
- You are competitive, have the desire to earn bonuses, and want to develop within a growing organization
- Availability to work a Non-Standard work week to include working both Saturday and Sunday (40 hours a week)
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage in a remote work environment including setup of company-provided computer equipment and ongoing proactive, effective management of your home Internet network and connections.
