Seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to work for a pest management company as an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative in Boerne, TX. Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, $17-$19 / Hour.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, both in person and over the phone, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments for our pest control technicians.
• Maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles (preferred but not required).

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
