Each day, you make the short commute to your work-from-home office and prepare to receive calls and dispatch our techs. When you receive a call, your friendly demeanor sets the tone for a positive interaction as you answer questions and schedule jobs.
nDuring these calls, you ask basic questions to learn the client's needs so you can be sure to dispatch the right technician for the job. Always up to date, you accurately verify customer account information and maintain our customer database. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- High school diploma or equivalent n
- Basic computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office n
- Basic keyboarding skills (30+ WPM) n
Any experience with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, Housecall Pro, or other scheduling software would be a plus! HVAC, plumbing, or electrical home service customer service or dispatch experience would also be helpful but is not required. If you can meet these requirements and perform this entry-level job as described above, we would be happy to have you full- or part-time as a member of our team!
