We are a small, family-owned winery seeking an organized, enthusiastic individual to join our team. We have a growing business, with a dedicated, close-knit team. We pride ourselves on having a fun and dynamic work environment.

In this role you will have exposure to many facets of the winery business, from sales/marketing and hospitality to wine production, with lots of opportunities to interact with the winemaking team. It’s ok if you aren’t knowledgeable about wine, as long as you have an interest in learning—we can teach you!

Job Summary:

This position supports the management team and will assist with a range of tasks, including providing excellent customer service via phone and email to customers, as well as daily administrative functions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with events at the winery as well as be involved in marketing projects occasionally. Ideal for someone who enjoys being in a support role. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.

Customer Service:

- Field incoming phone calls and check voicemails daily

- Process sales orders received by phone, email and web

- Respond to basic customer service inquiries, such as order status, tracking, etc.

- Assist with executing the wine club releases twice per year

- Manage an email inbox, maintain organized folders, ensure timely responses to customers

- Book wine tasting reservations for customers

- Log customer feedback

Administrative:

- Sort and process incoming mail daily

- Maintain office supply inventory and re-order as needed

- Provide administrative support to Owners/Winemaker

- Keep company calendars organized and up to date

- Assist with donation requests

- Assist with updating the website as needed

- Coordinate offsite pouring events: registration, logistics, etc.

Required Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of office experience

- Team-oriented attitude

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail

- Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs

Preferred Experience:

- Point of Sale (POS) or Order Entry software experience

- Wine/winery experience

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
