Customer Service Representative

Schedule, please see below:

Monday to Friday – 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

Alternating Saturdays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

One Sunday a month 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

*Additional schedule opportunities for those with Banking AND Call Center Experience*

Location(s): Norwood, Plymouth, and Franklin.

Pay Rate: $19.50 – 21/HR

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Service incoming customer calls following established policies and procedures in an efficient and quality manner
  • Ensure every transaction is processed correctly by confirming it with the caller to ensure a mutual understanding
  • Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships with the bank through referral programs
  • Utilize communication skills to resolve customer inquiries or issues to avoid escalation situations
  • Act as a peer coach for new hire representatives

Qualifications:

  • No previous banking or finance experience is required just motivated individuals!
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Computer skills – Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems without assistance
