Looking for "Customer service Rep".

Responsibilities:

• Interpret written inquiries, internal policies and procedures, and provide resolution.
• Research, review and resolve provider written correspondence, while clarifying issues and educating customers within HIPAA guidelines and other Federal Regulations.
• Drafting written responses to provider inquiries to be sent by mail and email.
• Ongoing tracking of written correspondence worked.
• Escalates issues when appropriate.
• Generally, requires one-year related experience and/or training.

Education Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma or GED

Required Skills:

• Effective written communication
• Type 35+ WPM
• Problem solving abilities
• Medical Terminology
• Reading comprehension
• Previous experience using dual monitors and multiple applications.
• Typing/Ten Key
• Reading Comprehension
• Write a professional letter.
• MS Office Suite apps and Windows operating system (desired not required)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Work setting:

• Hybrid remote
