Looking for "Customer service Rep".
Responsibilities:
- Interpret written inquiries, internal policies and procedures, and provide resolution.
- Research, review and resolve provider written correspondence, while clarifying issues and educating customers within HIPAA guidelines and other Federal Regulations.
- Drafting written responses to provider inquiries to be sent by mail and email.
- Ongoing tracking of written correspondence worked.
- Escalates issues when appropriate.
- Generally, requires one-year related experience and/or training.
Education Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma or GED
Required Skills:
- Effective written communication
- Type 35+ WPM
- Problem solving abilities
- Medical Terminology
- Reading comprehension
- Previous experience using dual monitors and multiple applications.
- Typing/Ten Key
- Reading Comprehension
- Write a professional letter.
- MS Office Suite apps and Windows operating system (desired not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $21.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
