Customer Service Representative

Hourly Rate - £9.90 per hour

Working Hours - Full time 8am - 5:30pm

Location - Preston Brook, WA7 3QA / Remote

Contract length - Until 1st January 2023

Tate are delighted to be working alongside a well-established organisation to recruit for a fantastic opportunity working within their Marks & Spencer Contact Centre. Prospective applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and with customers, clients, and colleagues to deliver the best customer service at a high standard.

Initially successful candidates will receive 2 weeks remote training followed by a requirement to attend the office full time for the following 1-2 weeks. The role will then offer hybrid working with the requirement to attend the office for 1 day per week, the rest working from home.

Responsibilities

  • Placing customer orders and checking information is accurate and complete.
  • Reporting technical issues to IT and the rest of the team.
  • Liaising with finance to ensure payment information is accurate.
  • Deal with customer complaints & queries via email and telephone.
  • Answer queries from clients and internal customers.
  • Have good customer service telephone skills to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Working towards KPI's and a fast-paced call centre environment (AHT, after call time, hold time and call/email quality), ensuring you are hitting service levels consistently.
  • Proactively contacting customers to follow up on queries and provide updates.
  • Competent with Excel to fill out order forms, reports, and tracking information.

  • Good time management
  • Ability to work as part of a fast-paced efficient team and to work individually
