We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This includes responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Be knowledgeable about company policies and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with product and service information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
