Aon Edge is looking for a Customer Service Manager

The What and Why:
Aon Edge, a rapidly growing managing general agency focused on delivering private flood insurance solutions, seeks to hire a passionate, personable, and engaged leader to help manage our team of customer service professionals. Aon Edge offers a suite of flood insurance products designed to help clients make better decisions, and our customer service team is responsible for providing clients and prospects a bespoke experience. This team supports our partners in all aspects of our business, including agent contracting, online quoting, underwriting, and policy administration.

The Who:
We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial-spirted, manager capable of leading a high-performing team and able to work directly with clients, carriers and others business stakeholders. This position is based Kalispell, Montana. The Aon Edge Customer Service Manager is responsible for inspiring our colleagues and living our Aon United values in order to consistently deliver an excellent experience to our customers. This role participates in the Aon Edge leadership team and contributes to defining the strategy and vision for this dynamic business.

Required Skills & Experience 5 years of management experience Occasional travel Written and verbal communication Workflow management Reporting and data analytics Organizing and leading team meetings Competent using Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Education: College preferred or equivalent work experience.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
