The SEER Group LLC is looking for a Customer Service Dispatch Supervisor for one of our partner locations. This location is a 46-year-old plumbing company specializing in building relationships while providing expert solutions for residential plumbing, drain, and sewer needs
Job Title: Customer Service Dispatch Supervisor
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay: $40 - $50/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday; some weekend availability may be required
Position Type: Full-time

Customer Service Dispatch Supervisor Position Summary:
The Customer Service Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for dispatching, supporting, and managing the CSRs, collaborating with field techs, performing CSR duties, and ensuring excellent customer service. The CSR Supervisor/Dispatcher works closely with managers and employees to create an excellent customer experience, build strong working relationships, and help grow the company
#HVAC
- Minimum of 2 years of dispatching experience
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- College degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic workplace environment
- HVAC or trade experience preferred
- Experience with managing iPhone and iPad setup, commercial phone systems, and PC technology is a plus.
