We want to hear from you to join our team at Manor Cottages as our latest Owner Relations Expert at our Burford office!

Paying a salary of up to £22,000 per annum pro rata, Covering 22 hours per week

After experiencing a significant increase in bookings due to a huge surge in demand for UK holidays, we are welcoming our newest Expert to our fast-paced Owner Relations Team!

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our property owners enabling us to maintain high owner retention rates whilst controlling and improving the quality of properties within our portfolio!

This is the perfect opportunity for those with a true pride in what they do and a passion for delivering excellence!

You will be responsible for ensuring we are able to positively respond to contact from owners and potential owners, working on finding satisfactory solutions satisfactory to all parties and liaising with owners, potential owners, housekeepers and external suppliers to ensure the guest experience is outstanding!
