What qualifications do we need from you?
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland without restrictions
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • The availability to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am and 9pm
  • You'll need a quiet, distraction free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 10MB download speed and 5 MB uploading speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).

Role: Customer Service Associate

Location: Work from home in Republic of Ireland OR Hybrid
Pay Rate: €12.60 per hour
Start Date: 17/10/2022 There will also be a setup of equipment on the morning of Friday 14th October.

So, what will you do as a Customer Service Associate?
As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you will work in a fun and engaging environment where you will help solve customer problems over the telephone and via online chat. When speaking to customers you will see each interaction as an opportunity to advocate for them and make them smile. We pride ourselves on our bar-raising customer service and we are looking for people who reflect these standards.

Previous contact center experience would be great but not essential as we will provide an initial 6-week training programme. This training is imperative for setting you up for assisting our customers, so no holidays can be taken during this time.

What will your working week look like?
In order to ensure that we match our customer demand, we schedule based on a variety of different shift patterns within the operating hours of 7am and 9pm Monday to Sunday, with examples being early shifts (7am start) and late shifts (9pm finish). You may be required to work bank holidays.
Your working week is 40hrs (4x10hrs or 5x8hrs).
You will get your work schedule at least 4 weeks in advance.
