Responsibilities
- Greet service customers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Collect payments by cash, check or charge
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
- Answer phones, direct and screen calls accurately
- Refer customer complaints to the appropriate person for quick response
- Performing follow up calls on service and sales customers
- Maintain customer waiting area
- Working closely with all dealer managers to improve customer service
