£21591-£26989 per annum

In this role you’ll provide administrative support in all activities associated with the Customer Connection/ Disconnection, Acceptance and Payment process.

What you’ll be doing
Day to day you’ll contribution as an effective and efficient member of the Connections Services department by providing administration support within all areas of the business. Ensuring all relevant IT systems/management reporting are accurately and timeously updated in accordance with the performance management goals. We will look for you to provide excellent customer service to both the internal and external customers and actively promote customer service standards within area of responsibility, responding appropriately to our departmental needs or issues and ensuring quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.

What you’ll bring
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated to deal with any challenges faced, ensuring objectives are delivered without compromising on quality or customer service. With prior experience as a customer service advisor, you have excellent customer service experience for both key internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll be confident in using a variety of office packages, and good organisation, and time management. Being an effective communicator, you should have a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels. With a strong customer focus you can deliver an fantastic service, are performance driven, committed to team working and have the ability to deliver objectives without compromising on safety, quality or customer service.
