At Seasalt, our customers truly are right at the heart of everything we do. Our busy Customer Service department is responsible for ensuring we deliver an exceptional service that is above and beyond our customers’ expectations.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and assist in taking orders, resolving customer queries, and providing administrative support.

This role can be based remotely or in our Redruth Head Office, with some evening and weekend work on a flexible rota basis.
The department is open 8.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm at weekends, shifts may fall into any of these working hours.

Please note, training for this role will begin on the 31st October and will run for 6 weeks. The successful candidate must be fully flexible to work throughout a 4 week period from this date.

You’ll help us by;

  • Developing customer relationships and providing an excellent customer service, second to none in line with the Seasalt vision, brand and values.
  • Striving for quick resolutions for our customers across multiple communication channels.
  • Maintaining a good knowledge of Seasalt, our collections, products, and promotions
  • Maintaining an excellent understanding of our technology platforms, processes, and procedures and on occasion provide training and support to your colleagues.

The skills you’ll be sharing with the team;

We’re looking for team members to bring energy and drive into a busy department. You’ll be able to multitask, think on your feet and be quick to learn new systems and complex processes. An excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be key, as is the ability to be flexible.

You’ll be passionate about engaging with customers with excellent customer service skills, ideally with experience within a retail sales or customer service role. You’ll also be commercially aware with the ability to sell confidently and appropriately and maximise sales opportunities.

We’re looking for proactive team members who are committed and enthusiastic, able to share their love of the Seasalt brand. You should have high emotional intelligence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
