Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £18,950 per annum plus commission (OTE £22,000)

Location: Fully Remote

As such, we are looking for dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join our already thriving team.

This role would be perfect for an individual that is passionate about our customers journey to buy, sell or let their home. As a key member of the team, you will be an all-around point of contact to our customers, supporting them through their journey with Purple Bricks. Our Customer Service Advisors are also an integral part of our sales process, so strong sales and negotiation skills would be ideal.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Answering a high volume of inbound calls working in a fast-paced environment
• You show strong sales and negotiation skills
• Continuously striving for first contact resolution and providing amazing outcomes when dealing with enquiries from buyers and sellers
• Accurately maintaining and updating client records and notes, adhering to GDPR regulations at all times
