- Solihull Area
- Early/Late Shifts - 8:30 - 6:00 and 10:00 - 6:00
- 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00 - 12:00
- £25,000 + Bonus
- Working From Home Availability.
The Customer Service Advisor Role:
- To work as a member of the Consumer team, primarily performing activities relating to customer service, including but not limited to, answering inbound calls and emails, dealing with customer queries, assisting with complaint handling, assisting with internal and external reporting, identifying sales opportunities and assisting in the processing of sales.
- To have direct contact with customers, owning their queries to resolution ensuring they are kept informed at all times
- To work with the sales team to ensure team SLA’s are adhered to and that the day to operation runs smoothly and efficiently
- Administrative support to Head of Sales, Sales Manager and other stakeholders
- To achieve personal performance objectives to an agreed timetable with Head of Sales and Sales Manager.
- Experience of direct contact with customers
- GCSE’s or equivalent indicating competency in oral & written communication
- GCSE in Maths or equivalent numeracy qualification
- Computer literate
- Ability to work independently AND contribute to a team performance
- High level of accuracy in all work produced.
