• Base hourly wage $17 - $20 per hour (Depending on Experience) + monthly commission!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
• All inbound sales leads – NO COLD CALLING!
• Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
• Educate customer on terminology, policies and procedures, any additional information needed to properly prepare the customer for their move
• Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
• May assist management with scheduling and tracking of movers and drivers in accordance with move requirements
• Assist with inventory of supplies and place orders when needed
• All other duties as assigned

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A minimum of six months to one year of customer service and/or office experience; inbound sales, call center, or retail experience is preferred
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills; proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Work is generally performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards. Travel is not regularly required but may be necessary for training purposes. Bring your experience in customer service, sales, retail or working in a call center and build your career at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!
