The Customer Experience Specialist provides potential and existing customers with exceptional services. They identify customer needs, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.

Hiring Immediately for a Customer Experience Specialist in Ft Lauderdale, FL!
The Customer Experience Specialist provides potential and existing customers with exceptional services. They identify customer needs, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.

What You’ll Do:
- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints
- Collaborating with the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness
- Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications
- Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints
- Position Hours are M-F, 8am to 5pm
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role
- Call center, inside sales, or telemarketing experience- a plus!
- Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information
- Intermediate experience with MS Office
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach
- Great organizational and time management abilities
- Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish- a plus!
