Position: Cost Management Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Review, track, and manage all daily responsibilities of Cost Management Associates
- Market Medium admin/super user; point person to field questions and concerns from Market Medium users
- Project leader for Market Medium future enhancements and current projects
- Oversee and gauge productivity of Billback Collections efforts
- Strategically manage Deductions Trial Balance
- Process, implement, and distribute Escalator price files using CDI index
- Review and process monthly commission payments
- Analyzing, reporting, and providing feedback on end user revenue, sales reports, rebate and marketing accruals
- Liaison between Cost Management and Accounts Receivable, working in parallel
- Updating, publishing, and distributing contract agreement Terms and Conditions and Cost Management Policy regarding new and revised policy and process changes
