The Customer Prep position is responsible for preparing, cleaning, and detailing boats for final shipment to dealers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Cleans and details all interior and exterior of boats with shop vacuums and other tools as needed.

• Uses a variety of cleaners to ensure residues are lifted from surface and boats are ready for shipment.

• Places decals and other finish touches to boat prior to shipment.

• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: None

• Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• Safety Conscious.

• Flexibility with tasks.

• Ability to communicate and understand directions.

• Physically capable of getting into and out of boats safely.

• Physically able to work overhead, stoop. Bend, lift, stretch, stand and reach over shoulder.
