We are seeking HIGHLY QUALIFIED customer care specialists nationwide. We are seeking candidates that are not just used to day to day, small interactions, but lengthy one on one meetings. In these hour to hour and a half long meetings, you would be helping employees of small to medium sized businesses choose the best benefits packages for their family, making the necessary custom adjustments to the program and helping them enroll. YOU MUST, and we mean MUST have a passion for servanthood.

For this position, one must possess the following:
Extremely impressive interpersonal skills demonstratable by handling a wide array of clients from varying socioeconomnic backgrounds

A desire to not only educate, but advise our clientele. A passion for teaching others and making sure they truly understand how their benefits work

A disciplined, goal oriented mindset

The maturity to seek out constructive criticism and implement changes to improve your customer care skills

Because our relationships with our businesses are so important, EVERY SINGLE interaction must be a grade A experience for our clients.
