We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Complaints team working from home. As a Complaints Advisor, you will be representing a leading energy provider.

This role will involve you dealing with complex queries & complaint cases from existing customers. You will be responsible for the end to end management of complaint cases by building a relationship with your customer and working to a suitable resolution. You will communicate both via email and telephone and will be expected to spend time working on accounts to investigate the complaint. Customer Excellence is key and you should be driven to deliver a great service for your customer as well as motivated to achieve key targets. You will have to utilise your effective questioning skills & demonstrate empathy with your customer in order to deliver the best solution. In return, you will receive an uncapped monthly bonus based on complaints closed with a quality resolution. Hours of work are Monday to Fridays – no weekends!

Starting salary of £19,760 (£9.50) plus uncapped Bonusses

  • Bonus earning potential of approximately £500 OTE (bonus is uncapped)
  • 40 hours per week between 8.30am-6.30pm Mon-Fri.

Duties and responsibilities of a Complaints Advisor:

    • A minimum of 6 months’ experience within a Customer Service role
  • Experience with dealing with complex queries & complaint handling
  • The ability to deal with vulnerable customers & handle calls with extra care
  • Computer literate with the ability to multitask and use multiple systems at any one time
  • The ability to empathise with the customer
  • The ability to problem solve & provide the best possible resolution for the customer
  • An ability to work as part of a great team
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide reference within last 2 years of employment
