Customer Care Specialist - Enable Dental

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with strong attention to detail, who is quick and super focused. You should be well organized and be able to communicate with staff, facilities, and our patients in a respectful and effective manner.

This role will be fully remote.

Responsibilities include:
  • Answering multiple phone lines from multiple locations.
  • Responding in a timely manner to our email inbox.
  • Making sure all incoming calls are answered quickly.
  • Ability to take accurate and descriptive messages and relay to the appropriate person.
  • Be efficient in new patient details, and able to answer questions with confidence.
  • Work closely with the sales team entering leads with accuracy and thorough detail.
  • Eye for small details.
  • Have a warm and friendly tone that is inviting.
  • Communication skills must be out of this world!
  • Help your teammates when needed with additional projects in any downtime.
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks.
  • Must be able to maintain your composure in difficult conversations, and keep professional at all times.
  • Enjoy Being in front of a computer and know you are contributing to the success of the dental teams.
  • Must be able to communicate with respect and work as a team.
  • Create opportunities for improvement with our current lead systems.
  • Take ownership of your role, feel confident in your skill set, and open the door to endless possibilities.
  • Other duties as assigned

All Candidates must have:
  • Worked with multiple phone lines.

  • Data entry skills, typing with accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Dental background is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Top-notch communication skills.
  • STRONG computer skills.
  • Friendly and welcoming over the phone and through emails.
  • Spanish as a second language is preferred.
