Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls from customers to schedule appointments
  • Initiate customer outbound calls regarding service needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries and questions both by telephone and email
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Provide customers with vehicle and service information as appropriate
  • Accurately enter new customer information into the system
  • Verify and update existing customer information

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Excellent computer and phone skills are a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to stay organized and complete multiple phone calls and emails to customers and schedule service appointments
  • Must be able to work cooperatively with the team and on your own
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
