We are now hiring cleaners with or without experience to work in the area of Brooklyn Park, MN. Positions available to start immediately on the second shift, the hours for this position are full time Monday through Friday

• 5:00pm - 1:30am, Sundays

Position Overview & Responsibilities:
Custodians at PK Property Services provide customers a clean, sanitary, and safe facility that they can be proud of. Responsibilities in accordance with standard janitorial services including but not limited to:

• General cleaning specified areas to each specific facility’s needs
• Floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• General waste disposal
• Cleaning and restock restrooms with paper products and hand soap
• Window washing
• Dust high and low areas
• Completion of daily reports for work completed.

Job Type: Custodian, Brooklyn Park
Shift: 5:00pm - 1:30am, Sundays

Qualifications:

• Possess and maintain valid appropriate certifications and licenses, as stipulated by the customer facility
• Ability to pass a standard background check including E-Verify
• Ability to operate minor equipment
• Be able to read and understand instructions associated with the equipment
• Must be a self-starter and able to produce work with minimum supervision
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Compensation:
